I find Helping others and being kind keeps me less stressed, I don’t find it easy to accept help personally but i enjoy helping others and giving them support through kindness.

Walking not only helps clear my mind but also takes the edge off stressful moments. On days when I feel too exhausted or my body is aching, I turn to a hot shower and prioritize rest, sometimes adjusting my sleep schedule to give my body the recovery time it needs. I let myself sleep earlier or sleep in if possible.
